Delivery Information

At OnlyPets Singapore, we aim to process all orders within 2 working days. Once your order is processed, we will ensure it reaches you within the next 3 working days. We deliver orders on weekdays from 9am to 6pm, and on Saturdays from 9am to 2pm, excluding the eve of public holidays and public holidays.

Delivery Charges:

• Orders below $80 will incur a delivery charge of $5.
• Free delivery for orders exceeding $80.

Self Collection

You are welcome to collect your orders from our location at 39 Woodlands Cl, #01-47 MEGA@Woodlands, Singapore 737856. Our collection hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm, excluding eve of public holidays and public holidays. Please await our confirmation before coming to collect your order.

Returns and Exchanges

At OnlyPets Singapore, we take pride in the quality of our products. However, if you receive damaged goods, we require an unboxing video sent within 24 hours of the parcel delivery time to prove the condition of the item upon arrival. The item must be returned unused for any returns or exchanges to be processed.

Please note, no cancellation of orders is allowed once processed.
